Braintrainer 2010: The Second

Leave the buffle of the city behind and drive to the beautiful Village of Kecsked, there you will work hard but party even harder. That was the promise LG-Budapest made and they didn’t promise anything they couldn’t live up to.

First of all some words about the beautiful village of Kecsked and how to get there. Kecsked is a small city about 50km away from Budapest, next to the cities of Tata and Tatabanya. Tatabanya is easily reached by train from Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna where the next Airports are. From Tatabanya to Kecsked you need approximately 10-15 minutes by Train which go quite frequently and are quite cheap.

The training consisted of two 2 day long trainings with one leisure day between them. For every training session you could choose between 3 different trainings which you had to pick in advance. Those Trainings were: Team Building and Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills, Project Management, Case-Study-Solving and Negotiation Skills.

After the arrival on the first afternoon we moved into our guest houses and had a nice barbecue afterwards everybody got to know each other and had a nice time. In the next morning our Trainings started. The Trainings took Place in the community house of Kecsked where we also always had our Lunch which was always great. In the evening we were introduced to some traditional drinking game of the LG-Budapest called Wine Pong and had a lot of fun. Next morning the same: Train – eat – Train – coffee - Train, and in the evening one of the Highlights of the week by night sightseeing of Kecsked interrupted by funny team games.

After those 2 exhausting training days we took a day off and travelled to Tata - the next bigger city - did some sightseeing and went to the Beach and relaxed, played swam a.s.o. In the evening we had a cultural night with Hungarian specialities drinking and dancing. The next day the second trainings started only to be followed by an amazing wine tasting in the evening. We took a horse cart and travelled to the beautiful mountains of Kecsked where we tasted the finest Hungarian Wines and the best Pallinka in Town, swam in the pool. Next day the farewell started, we finished all our working parts presented and our work. And went back to TATA to check out the nightlife of the city, danced, drank, had fun (lots of fun). To add an even better ending to a real great event LG-Budapest took everybody who wanted to Budapest for some more Sightseeing.
